A beautiful, pink coloured sparkling wine, ideal to serve with food and to toast with on festive gatherings! Perfect for those nights that you don’t feel like drinking. Whether that is because you want to get up fresh and early the next day, you are driving that night or you simply don ́t drink alcohol.

When I stopped drinking alcohol 2,5 years ago, I noticed that there weren’t many options for nice, adult-friendly drinks that don´t contain alcohol, while out and about in Marbella. And the main thing that I was missing was… —> Bubbles! Bubbles are festive & fun to toast with at parties and to enjoy during dining and wining with friends and family. So I decided to bring this to the market…

Pink Bubbly

This alcohol-free sparkling rosé is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes using the Brut method. The wine has been de-alcoholised to retain the rich flavour, through a method known as vacuum distillation, the most traditional and least aggressive method of de-alcoholisation. It starts with the wine being fermented in barrels under strictly controlled conditions. Then the alcohol is carefully removed from the wine, just before bottling, by using low- temperature condensation.

Alcohol free sparkling rosé

This is done by ´Vacuum extraction´: Fully fermented base wines with an alcoholic content of 10° to 12° are de-alcoholised under vacuum at low temperature. The continuous process, which takes place at about 26°C, is completed within 10 minutes. The alcohol is concentrated to about 75 % vol and the de-alcoholised wine has strength of 0.0%. The volatile flavours of the wine are extracted at the same time with the alcohol and are collected separately from the alcohol. These flavours are added back to the de-alcoholised wine, which also increases the alcoholic content to about 0.1% vol. The dealcoholized wine is then filtered and stabilized, which brings it back down again to 0.0%. Before bottling, the sugar content is adjusted to about 35 to 45 grams per litre, using rectified grape must concentrate.
