Sober Retreats
That´s what I´m offering…! Since 2021 I have been organising fun Sober Retreats in sunny Spain and for 2024 I have two BRAND NEW retreats set up for you: The SOBERTOPIA BEACH RETREAT in Malaga, Spain, in a venue right on the beach, and the SOBERTOPIA BLISS RETREAT, in a boutique-style retreat house in the gorgeous San Luis Obispo County, California…!
What are my retreats all about? Think: Trips full of sun, yoga, hikes, amazing food, fun activities, relaxation & connection… without the booze! My sober retreats are aimed at sober (curious) women like you and me that like (or need!) a break from day-to-day life, while wanting the possibility to connect with each other. Since sobriety, either by (lifestyle) choice or necessity, is still frowned upon in today’s society, it can feel a bit lonely sometimes to be sober. You might often be the ´odd one´ out on social occasions (as we all know most social activities are drenched in booze, from weddings & Xmas´s to dinner parties & even kids birthday parties…). On my retreats you are the normie!
While wanting to connect, you also might want to get away for some peace and quiet. On my retreats, you can be as solo or social as you want. I created a haven for both introverted as well as extroverted sober women (and anything in between). All activities in my retreats are optional and you have the possibility to choose a private room, for more me-time, or a shared room, for more together-time (and for a lower price, let´s keep it real haha). The venues where the retreats take place are BIG, so even if you are sharing a room, there will be lots of places to enjoy solitude. Most of my guests come alone, but you are more than welcome to bring along a sober (-curious) friend! Or your sister, niece, aunt or mum 😉

How to book a Sober Retreat with me?
Simply follow these 4 steps:
- Complete the REGISTRATION FORM on the info page of the retreat you’re interested in
- You will then receive a confirmation email from me with all the retreat info and the payment details
- When your deposit has been received your spot is confirmed
- Book your flights and you are all set!
This is the perfect sober get-together, where you can combine a blissful time away in the sunshine with meeting like-minded women in an alcohol-free setting – Let’s goooooo!!
