To rejuvenate, to get inspired & to simply have fun?
That´s what I´m offering…! Since 2021 I have been organising fun Sober Retreats in sunny Spain and for 2024 I have a BRAND NEW retreat organised for you. On this page you can read all about it, let’s start with the deets:

The Venue
The retreat venue is a beautiful 9-bedroom Spanish Villa, ríght on the beach! The house has its own private pool at the back of the house, and a big garden with a porch and a gate that opens up straight onto the beach in the front. It is a wild, unspoilt spot in one of the quieter parts in this area. The house is located on the outskirts of a small, but lively Spanish town, which has all the amenities you could possible need. You can walk straight from the house to the centre of town along the beach if you’re in the mood for exploring!
Sober Beach Retreat
The sober retreat takes place over 3 days/nights. Days that are filled with bliss! Delicious, freshly prepared vegetarian food, journaling in the beautiful garden and chatting about all things sobriety with the other retreaters. There will be a group walk on the famous Gran Senda de Málaga, lounging at the pool with a book & alcohol-free bubbles (or a coffee/tea!), a Guided Sound Meditation, daily Yoga sessions and lots more…
You’ll fly in at Malaga Airport, from where it’s only a 25 min drive with a taxi or Uber to the retreat house. Here you can check in from 4pm onwards on your day of arrival and the check-out on departure day is at 12pm.
I promise you, at the end of this trip, you’ll feel fully recharged! You will have disconnected from day-to-day life, and feel relaxed & inspired. And you might have arrived alone, but you will leave with sober buddies for life!
Itinerary
There is plenty of space in the itinerary to have some well-deserved me-time to relax at the pool, go for a beach walk or grab a Paddle board and go for a surf. Besides that, nothing on the itinerary is compulsory. This is YOUR holiday, your time, your choice! Take this time as an opportunity to reflect on where you are in life and where you would like to head, and return home with a clear mind and full of energy.

NOTES:
- Sober (curious) 18+ women only – No alcohol allowed on the premises, these are alcohol-free retreats! You don´t have to be sober for any specific amount of time HOWEVER you have to be sober or sober-curious. This is not a detox trip for drinkers
- This retreat might not be suitable if you are still depending on alcohol. If you are worried about your drinking, you should probably contact a doctor; never suddenly stop. Your doctor will determine whether you need to detox under supervision
- There will be a WhatsApp Group set up before the retreats commence, so everyone can get to know each other a little bit beforehand (optional)
- The Sound Bath & Yoga sessions will be conducted in English

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- To reserve your space in this 2024 Sobertopia Beach Retreat, a €350 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. This deposit is under no circumstances refundable, so make sure you’re ready to make this commitment and/or take out travel insurance. The final payment is not due until May 2nd 2024.
- In the highly unlikely case that a retreat will be cancelled by Sobertopia due to force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemic, war or other unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside our control, you will receive a full refund including your deposit
- We will not be held responsible for any refund of airline tickets, ticket change fees or other travel expenses. Therefore I strongly urge that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself
- Up to 30 days before the retreats start, retreat deposits/payments may be transferred to another person without penalty
- If payment of either the deposit or the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit
How to book the Sobertopia Beach retreat
Simply follow these 3 steps:
- Complete the REGISTRATION FORM
- You’ll then receive a confirmation email with payment details. To secure your booking, you’re required to pay a €350 non-refundable deposit. The balance is due no later than May 2nd 2024
- Book your flights and you´re all set!

PS: This 3-night retreat can also be perfectly combined with a CITY TRIP into Malaga. Malaga is a beautiful city, with cultural highlights like the Picasso Museum (Pablo was born there), and lots of tapas bars, typical Spanish shops and an impressive harbour.
